Paseo Nuevo Reimaging and Remodel

Glen Morris Architect proposed a series of ideas for the Reimaging of the 20 year old downtown urban redevelopment project. The concepts included food vendors with outdoor dining areas, WiFi, ambient sound, new water features and kinetic sculptural elements. Glen Morris also proposed the remodel of the project lighting, landscaping, and vertical circulation. Additionally a proposed multifunctional stage element with shade devices was included to benefit the many cultural activities that occur within the shopping center.
